Refund and Returns

1. Right to Return

In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Turkey, you have the right to return products within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, provided that the products have not been used and have retained their original appearance.

2. Return Conditions

The following conditions must be met for product returns:

• Products have not been used (not worn, not washed, not ironed)
• Products have retained their original appearance and consumer properties
• All tags, labels and product packaging are preserved
• Return is made within 14 days of purchase
• There is a document confirming the purchase (receipt, invoice)

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not returnable or exchangeable (unless they have defects):

• Products made to order
• Products that have been used or damaged by the buyer
• Products without packaging or with damaged packaging
• Products missing tags or labels

4. Return Procedure

To return products, follow these steps:

2. Provide the order number and reason for return
3. Prepare products for return: pack them in original packaging with all tags and labels
4. Deliver products to: Kultur, Nisbetiye Cd No:56, 34340 Beşiktaş/İstanbul, Türkiye
5. Or arrange courier delivery of products with us

5. Return Processing Time

After receiving the products, we will check their condition within 3 business days. If the products meet the return conditions, we will refund your money within 7 business days by one of the following methods:

• To bank card (if payment was by card)
• Cash (if payment was cash)
• By other method as agreed

6. Product Exchange

You may exchange products for a different size, color or model (if available in stock) within 14 days of purchase. Exchange conditions are similar to return conditions.

If the exchange product costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, we refund the difference.

7. Return of Defective Products

If you discover a defect in a product, contact us immediately. We will replace the product or refund the full amount, including shipping costs.

Defective products can be returned at any time during the warranty period.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is made at your initiative (product didn't fit, changed your mind), shipping costs are not refunded. If the return is due to a product defect or our error, we will compensate the shipping costs.

We reserve the right to change this return policy. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting an updated version on our website.
