We deliver products throughout the Republic of Turkey. Delivery is available to all cities and regions of the country.

Delivery time depends on your location:

Delivery time is counted from the moment of order confirmation and payment (if prepayment is required).

During holidays and weekends, delivery times may be extended.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are5 TRY for all orders within Turkey.

For orders over 200 TRY, delivery isfree.

Shipping costs are indicated when placing an order and are included in the total amount.

5. Delivery Process

After placing an order:

  1. We process your order within 1 business day
  2. We contact you by phone to confirm the order and clarify the delivery address
  3. We pack the products and hand them over to the delivery service
  4. We inform you about the delivery status
  5. The courier contacts you before delivery to coordinate the time

When receiving the order:

If you discover any discrepancies or defects, immediately inform the courier and contact us at +90 554 664 4740.

7. Payment on Delivery

If you choose cash on delivery, payment is made to the courier upon delivery. The courier will provide you with a receipt or invoice.

For bank card payment, the courier will bring a payment terminal.

8. Order Tracking

After shipping the order, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can track the delivery status by contacting us by phone or email.
